Account Manager

Bombora is looking for an exceptional account manager seeking to expand their career in the B2B data/adtech space. 

An outstanding opportunity exists to manage and grow existing data partner and strategic trading desks and agency partnerships. This role will be based in our New York office and will encompass responsibilities across the whole gamut of sales and account management. We are looking for an action-oriented self-starter, who has strong listening, networking and results-oriented DNA to manage a wide variety of partnerships to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.

This role will report to the VP, Programmatic and Strategic Partnerships and work closely with the customer success, marketing, and the broader sales team.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives amidst the challenges of a fast-paced, startup environment and possesses a natural bent towards innovation and customer success. They will be comfortable switching from creative to structure thinking and will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, media, technology with a passion for all things data and digital.

Principal Duties & Essential Responsibilities   

  • Provide sales, account management and marketing support including the training, sales, proposal and marketing from on-boarding to expansion of global partners.
  • Develop, plan and execute Partner Management programs
  • Consultative sales/networking to grow revenue and expand existing partnerships   
  • Audience Management – help tailor and create the right audience for partner and agency ‘briefs’ for advertiser campaigns
  • Be a subject matter expert with B2B data and its role in the industry
  • Travel and entertainment – international for the right candidate
  • Support the Bombora sales analytics, agency and brand teams

Desired Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of three years of sales or account management experience in a generalized data, enterprise or marketing position.
  • Strong organizational and process orientation skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines, attention to detail and strong problem solving and decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing and advertising technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborative, organized with excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate business and technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Friendly, likable and humble with the attitude to network to leverage and grow relationships
  • Strong listening, comprehension and consultative skills to ensure partners and their clients’ successful execution of marketing initiatives
